*Lower bay Technician(Draining oil,inspecting under vehicle conditions. Communicating all findings to upper bay Technician/Customer Service Advisor.)

*CSA Or Customer Service Advisor(Greeting all customers. Entering vehicle information/Customer Information. Discuss recommendations based on vehicle manufacturers. Enter services into the system and communicate services to upper & lower bay Technicians. Inform customers on conditions and findings during inspection and services. Cash customers out.)

*Fluid exchanges(Coolant,Transmission,Brake and differential)

*Tire Rotations

*Fuel system Cleanings

*Engine Flushes

*Fuel Filter replacement

*Battery Replacement

In under 2 years I was promoted to Store Manager of 2 stores. I continued to study and sharpen all skills required to service vehicles with Jiffy Lube for a total of 6 years! I spent 2 years at a Nissan dealership as a Lube Technician and trained as a entry level mechanic. From there I went on to a Dodge dealership for 3 years. Life hit and I had to move back home to Chicago. That led to odd jobs and dead ends until I landed a position as Store Manager at a Speedway Lube Express. Fast forward about 2 years and we’re hit with the pandemic COVID. Businesses closed and I found myself out of work AGAIN. While practicing social distancing bka stuck in the house…I decided I’d never end up in that position again. I crunched numbers and did research on starting a business. Brainstormed with a few like minded people and business owners. First week in February of 2022,after being hesitant/worried about failing…I launched Coleman Car Care LLC officially! 2/23/22 I completed my first by service as a business owner! What a ride huh??
